Exford is serving in the Language Development Department as the Scripture Use Creative Facilitator.

He has served with local churches in Jamaica in the parishes of Clarendon and St. Elizabeth. Exford has completed training in Theology, Scripture Use, and Applied Linguistics and Translation, and holds degrees from Midland Bible Institute, the Canada Institute of Linguistics, and Trinity Western University. He is married to Bethanny Davy who is serving with Tyndale Bible Translators.

Exford and Bethanny currently serve remotely from the US with their son and hope to serve overseas in the near future.
